Because this resource will focus on practical guides to give you a life raft of team and individual activities that will keep you afloat, allowing you to put into practice the best of the ideas coming from the flood of resources. I will share with you the many hard-learned lessons I’ve discovered from thirty-five years of personal leadership training and experience, starting from the Air Force Academy and a flying career, through leadership coaching experience in the offshore oil industry environment, and with years of studying organizational culture and leadership. There are no quick fix secrets or magic formulas to leadership, but it can be taught, learned and improved in practice through thoughtfulness and sincere reflection.
